  • Family Caregiver Support – Assistance for caregivers of individuals who are 60+. Assistance also to provide grandparents raising grandchildren under 18 years old.

  • In-Home Services- Provides assistance with activities of daily living, including homemaking, personal care, escort, respite, and chore service.

  • Home Delivered Meals- Provides nutritionally balanced meals to the homebound.

Child Abuse Reporting

  • First step - Call LaRue County Sheriff ((270) 358-3120) or Hodgenville Police ( (270) 358-3013) or at 911, They will assess the situation and take necessary steps like contacting the Child Protective Services (Protection & Permanency) 

  • Call second, or for anonymous reporting - Regional Reporting - (Centralized Intake - Salt River Region) 1-888-403-5090. Request a reference number, Call back within 24 hours to find out if the report is “accepted” and meets the criteria for action. If the report is "accepted", social workers will begin the investigative process to determine is the report is “substantiated.”
